Some (most) things of my things are just little things, but at least we can think about that we don't need much to be happy and we don't have to be millionaires. We just need to realize that we are sometimes richer than people who have money, who maybe don't appreciate such little things as we do (I'm not saying all rich people are like that. Krásny pondelok všetkým! Chcela som sa s vami podeliť o veci, ktoré ma robia šťastnou a vždy mi vyčaria úsmev na tvári. Niektoré (väčšina) vecí z môjho listu sú len maličkosti, ale aspoň sa môžme spolu zamyslieť nad tým, že k šťastiu toho nepotrebujeme až tak veľa a už vôbec nemusíme byť milionármi a predsa zistíme, že sme niekedy bohatší ako ľudia s peniazmi, ktorí si možno nevážia také maličkosti ako my (nehovorím, že všetci bohatí ľudia sú takí). Pri písaní tohto zoznamu som si to veľmi užila a dúfam, že aj vy si užijete jeho čítanie!</div>

<b>Hi everyone, today I'm going to tell you something about a topic I'm personally very interested in. I'm gonna tell you something about animal testing and also brands to avoid. It's very sad, that it's the 21th century and there is this problem. What more, there are tested products we wouldn't even think that are actually being tested like sanitary pads or detergents. It's kind of hard to find a cosmetics brand which doesn't test on animals, isn't expensive and hard to get. Ahojte, dnes som si pre vás pripravila článok na tému, ktorá mňa osobne veľmi zaujíma. Poviem vám niečo o testovaní na zvieratách a tiež značky, ktoré takúto krutosť praktizujú. Je veľmi smutné, že v 21. storočí je tu tento problém. O to viac, že testované sú aj produkty, o ktorých by sme to ani nepovedali, ako menštruačné vložky či čistiace prostriedky. Je celkom ťažké nájsť kozmetickú značku, ktorá netestuje na zvieratách, nie je drahá a je ťažko dostupná. <b>There are two categories of people. Those, who are for abolition (me) and those, who are against. It really irritates me when those, who are against are obsessed with their pet. Like really? Not very fair. It's important to realize, that animals aren't humans, so tested products might react fine on animals' skin, but can be actually dangerous for humans. Imagine being thrown in a cage and spending your (short) life under artificial light somewhere in a lab where you'd be getting pricked doubtful liquids and stuff. Every year around 12 millions animals are dead because of animal testing. That's kind of a lot, isn't it?</b><br />

Ľudia sa delia na dve kategórie. Tí, čo sú za zrušenie (ja) a tí, čo sú proti. Najviac ma irituje, keď tí, čo to podporujú majú doma milované zvieratko. Trošku nefér. Je dôležité uvedomiť si, že zvieratá nie sú ľudia, teda aj keď sa na nich testujú produkty, na koži zvieraťa môžu byť neškodné, no pre človeka nebezpečné. Predstavte si, že by vás zavreli do klietky a celý svoj (krátky) život by ste strávili pod umelým svetlom dakde v laboratórii a pichali by do vás pochybné vodičky a látky. Každý rok kvôli testovaniu produktov umrie asi dvanásť miliónov zvierat. To je cekom veľa, nie? </div>

<b>I personally stopped buying tested cosmetics in October, when I got interested in this topic. It's also helped my wallet, since in drugstores, there's not a lot to choose from if you don't want to buy tested products. At the beginning it was hard, but now I don't think I would buy a Maybelline powder. Actually, the look itself at this cosmetics makes me disgusted, not talking about putting it on. That would be too much for me. Of course, I didn't throw away tested makeup I had already had at home, that wouldn't make any sense. I don't buy tested products anymore and I try to run out of what I have. I really don't want to support brands that practice this cruelty by buying their products. I know that me stopping buying it won't solve the problem. But if lots of people stop buying tested products, something will change. </b><br />

Ja osobne som si prestala kupovať testovanú kozmetiku v októbri, keď som sa začala viacej zaoberať touto témou. Tiež to dosť pomohlo mojej peňaženke, keďže v drogériách nie je veľký výber netestovanej kozmetiky. Na začiatku to bolo celkom ťažké, no teraz by som si len tak púder od Maybelline nekúpila. Vastne mi už len pohľad na túto kozmetiku príde hnusný, nie to si ním natrieť tvár. Samozrejme, už kúpenú testovanú kozmetiku som nevyhodila, to by skutočne nemalo žiadny význam. Nič nové si však nekupujem a snažím sa prirodzeným tempom zbaviť toho, čo mám. Skutočne nechcem kúpou produktov podporovať značky, koré praktizujú takú krutosť. Viem, že keď si nebudem kupovať testovanú kozmetiku tento problém nevyrieši. No ak s kupovaním prestane veľa ľudí, nejaký pokrok nastane. </div>

<b>I got fat during winter and I had some difficulties with putting my old jeans on, so I needed to buy some new, bigger jeans. It's a bit depressing. First I have these basic black skinny jeans from Bershka. They are stretchy and low waisted, but not too much. They cost around 12 euros what's an amazing price.</b> <b>Second pair is from Mango. It's a pair of blue light wash ripped denim jeans. I like, that the bottom looks as if cut off. The third and the last pair is from Primark, when I was in London with my family. They are mom jeans which I couldn't leave in the store since I finally find some nice ones. They are very high waisted, what I really like. They cost 13 pounds and they weren't even in sale!</b><b> </b></div>

Dosť som cez zimu pribrala a mala som problémy dostať sa do starých rifieľ, tak som si potrebovala kúpiť iné, väčšie. Trochu depresívne. Ako prvé tu mám klasické čierne rifle z Bersky. Sú elastické, úzke a s nízkym pásom, ale nie príliš. Stáli asi 12 eur, čo je úplne super cena. Druhý pár je z Manga. Sú to bledšie denimové rifle, ktoré sú roztrhané. Páči sa mi, že aj dole sú akoby odstrihnuté. Tretí a posledný pár som kúpila v Primarku, keď som bola s rodinou v Londýne. Sú to mom jeans, ktoré som proste nemohla nechať v obchode, keďže som konečne našla pekné. Majú veľmi vysoký pás, čo sa mi fakt páči. Stáli 13 libier a to ani neboli v zľave! </div>

<b>I also got two new T-shirts. Both are white. The first one is from Zara and it has a retro look, 70's style. I really like it and for some reason the print makes me happy. It cost 6 euros, what's a really good price for Zara. Second T-shirt is from Tezenis. It has a picture of an ice cream on it, what I find kind of cute. </b></div>

Tiež som si kúpila dve tričká. Obe sú biele. Prvé je zo Zary a vyzerá strašne retro, štýl 70-tich rokov. Strašne sa mi páči a potlač mi z nejakého dôvodu robí dobrú náladu. Stálo 6 eur, čo je super cena na Zaru. Druhé tričko je z Tezenisu. Je na nej obrázok zmrzlinky, čo mi príde celkom rozkošné. </div>

<b>We can move on sweatshirts. I just realized, that most of them are cropped, so I wear them with high waisted jeans. I'm really excited for summer, because I think that they will look different with shorts. The first hoodie is in this nice mint color, but it looks grey on the picture. It's from Zara and it cost 15 euros, still good for Zara. I don't really like the sleeves, so I cuff them and I think it looks a lot better. Second hoodie is cropped as well. I got it from Bershka and I'm in love with the color. It has some embroidered flowers on it. I totally fell in love with this hoodie. It was a bit expensive (25 euros), but I haven't seen anything this pretty in a long time, so it was worth it. I wore it in London, so at least I have some nice pictures :). </b></div>

Môžme sa presunúť na mikiny. Práve som si uvedomila, že väčšina nich je krátka, takže ich nosím k rifliam s vysokým pásom. Teším sa na leto, pretože podľa mňa im šortky dodajú úplne iný look. Prvá je mintovej farby, ale na obrázku vyzerá sivo. Je zo Zary a stála 15 eur, stále dobré na Zaru. Rukávy sa mi však moc nepáčia, chýba im zakončenie tak si ich vyhrniem a myslím, že to vyzerá o dosť lepšie. Druhá mikina je taktiež krátka. Je z Bersky a strašne sa mi páči tá farba. Sú tam vyšité kvety. Táto mikina si ma úplne získala. Bola ale drahšia (25 eur), no niečo tak krásne som už dlho nevidela. Obliekla som si ju v Londýne, tak mám aspoň pekné fotky :). </div>

<b>Last thing I got is this black fake leather bag from H&M. I went to the store, because my friend wanted to buy it. It was 50% off, so I had to get it as well. I paid for it only 12,50 euros what is an incredible price. I like it a lot, because you can wear it pretty much everywhere. You can fit there school books easily and I just love this bag. </b></div>

Posledná vec, čo som si kúpila, je táto čierna kabelka z falošnej kože z H&M. Išla som tam s kamoškou, lebo si ju chcela kúpiť. Bola v zľave 50% dole, tak som si ju musela kúpiť aj ja. Zaplatila som za ňu len 12,50 eur, čo je neuveriteľná cena. Veľmi sa mi páči, lebo ju možno nosiť všade. Ľahko sa tam zmestia školské učebnice a zošity. Proste milujem ju. </div>

Dnes som si pre vás prichystala článok "What I eat in a day'' (''Čo som dnes jedla''). Pred necelým pol rokom som sa rozhodla zmeniť svoju stravu a celkovo životný štýl a začala som jesť len čisto rastlinnú-veganskú stravu. Snažím sa, aby môj jedálniček obsahoval jedlá s dostatkom vitamínov, aj ke<span class="_5yl5">ď aj ja som len človek a občas zhreším niečím nie až tak nutrične bohatým (samozrejme aj my vegáni môžme rôzne maškrty :D ).</span><br />

<b><span class="_5yl5">For breakfast I ate my favorite oatmeal, which I eat
almost every morning, because it's a very simple and quick recipe what
is perfect for me when I don't have much time in the morning. Oats are
very healthy and ideal start of every day. They are very filling, so
after breakfast, sometimes I stay full till lunchtime without feeling hunger,
what is amazing for me as a food lover. It's so easy that anyone can do it, just pour plant milk on oats and chia seeds in a pot, mix it and while it's cooking, add shredded coconut. On the top you can put whatever you want. Nuts, fruits, seeds... Of course, as soon as I wake up,
I drink half a liter of lemon water, which I prepare the night before
so I have it by hand in the morning. </span></b></div>

<span class="_5yl5">Na raňajky som si dala moju obľúbenú ovsenú kašu, ktorú jedávam skoro každé ráno, pretože je to veľmi jednoduchý a rýchly recept čo mne vyhovuje, ke</span><span class="_5yl5">ď ráno nemám </span><span class="_5yl5">veľa času. Ovsené vločky sú veľmi zdravé a sú ideálnym začiatkom každého dňa. Sú veľmi sýte, čiže po raňajkách vydržím niekedy až do obeda bez pocitu hladu, čo je pre mňa ako milovníka jedla úplne úžasné. Prípravu zvládne úplne každý, jednoducho vločky s chia semienkami zalejeme rastlinným mliekom, premiešame a pridáme počas varenia nastrúhaný kokos. Navrch ovsenej kaše si už môžme dať úplne hocičo-od rôzneho druhu ovocia po oriešky, či semienka. Samozrejme, vždy ako vstanem, vypijem pol litra citrónovej vody, ktorú si prichystám už večer aby som ju mala ráno hne</span><span class="_5yl5">ď po ruke. </span><br />

<b><span class="_5yl5">For lunch I prepared this amazing recipe, again easy to make. I put 3-colored pasta (you can use any kind you want) into a pot and while it was cooking, I took a pan and roasted a white tofu on olive oil </span>for 3 minutes. Then I added a zucchini, red beans, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 teaspoons of sesame seads and seasoned it with thyme and some grill seasoning. I mixed the vegetables with the pasta and this amazing lunch was done!</b><br />

<span class="_5yl5">Na obed som si dnes pripravila úžasný recept a opäť nenáročný na prípravu. Do horúcej vody som dala </span>variť trojfarebné cestoviny (môžte použiť hocijaké iné) a počas toho som si dala rozohriať na panvicu olivový olej na ktorom som asi 3 minúty opražila biele tofu. Následne som pridala nakrájanú cuketu, cherry paradajky, zelenú papriku, červené fazule, 2 strúčiky cesnaku, 2 lyžičky sezamového semena a nakoniec tymián a grilovacie korenie podľa chuti. Zeleninu som zmiešala s cestovinami a vznikol tento parádny obed!<br />

Dnes som nebola po mojom obede moc hladná tak som si dala na olovrant len dva banány a hrsť orechov.<br />

<b>As for dinner, I don't always have something cooked, but today I was feeling like having my favorite pizza, as I hadn't had it for a long time. I made the pastry just from 250g of spelt flour, which I mixed with one half of a yeast in a glass of lukewarm water (I was adding water little by little, so the pastry wasn't too dry or too watery). I let it be for a half an hour, then I shaped it to a cricle, spread with ketchup, seasoned with provensal seasoning and on the top I put some vegetables I like. I baked that for 20 minuts in oven heated to 180°C.</b><br />

<span class="_5yl5">Čo sa týka večere tak nie vždy mám niečo varené, ale dnes som mala chuť na moju obľúbenú pizzu, ke</span><span class="_5yl5">ďže som ju už dlho nemala. Cesto som spravila </span>len z 250g špaldovej múky, ktorú som zmiešala z polkou kvasníc v pohári vlažnej vody (vodu pridávam postupne, aby mi vzniklo cesto ktoré nie je ani moc suché ani moc vodnaté). Cesto som nechala pol hodinku odstáť, potom som ho vytvarovala do kruhu, potrela kečupom, posypala provensálskymi bylinkami a navrch som poukladala zeleninu, akú mám rada. Piekla som ju 20 minút na 180 stupňoch.<br />

<b>So as you can see, making vegan food doesn't take a lot of money or time. In our times, supermarkets offer various vegan sections where you can find bunch of healthy plant based food, but also many vegan dainties. Since I became a vegan, I've discovered large amount of food I had't known and cooking became my hobby.</b><br />

Takže ako vidíte, vytvoriť vegánske recepty nieje časovo ani finančne
náročné. V dnešnej dobe supermarkety ponúkajú rôzne vegánske sekcie kde
môžte nájsť desiatky zdravých rastlinných jedál, ale taktiež vegánske
maškrty, ktorých je neúrekom. Odkedy som sa začala stravovať vegánsky,
objavila som množstvo jedál, o ktorých som dovtedy ani nepočula a
varenie sa stalo mojím koníčkom.<br />
